Liberty Pharmacy is proud to be a Michigan-based long-term-care (LTC) pharmacy. We in providing comprehensive pharmacy services to skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies throughout Detroit metro area. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients. We work diligently to provide accurate and fast prescription services. we make every effort to be a supportive partner to our client facilities in areas of training for compliance and best practices, drug therapy, policy and procedure.
In addition to our Long Term Services; We provide all Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment needs to our community since 1987 through Liberty Discount Drugs.
